• Modular Structural Steel infrastructure: Multiple variations of red-primed I-beams, gables, and heavy-duty support roof trusses.
• Wall & Roof Cladding Sections: Individual modular concrete base panels, weathered wood Yorkshire boarding wall modules, and corrugated roof panels (including clear skylight panels).
• Authentic Farm Yard Fittings: Multiple sizes of standard 7-bar galvanised metal field gates, livestock feeding barriers.

• Full Texture Files Included: The remaining PBR texture maps (Normal, Roughness/Specular maps) are included in the download archive, allowing you to easily configure your own custom game shaders or export straight through the GIANTS Blender Exporter plugin.

Purchasing this pack grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these models under the following conditions:

• [YES] YOU CAN: Use these modular parts to construct your own custom placeables, mods, and maps. You can release your finished maps or placeable mods publicly (free) provided the raw model files are baked and compiled into the map's final game-ready format (.i3d).
• [NO] YOU CANNOT: Share, leak, transfer, or redistribute the source .blend file or its raw extracted textures/assets with anyone else. Sub-licensing, sharing file access with modding groups without multi-user permissions, or reselling these assets as a standalone 3D kit is strictly prohibited.
